Our Fan-First Privacy Commitment
The Connie Lou Lou Official Fan Hub (connieloulou.vercel.app) is an independent, non-commercial creative sanctuary dedicated to celebrating digital creator and Medical Technologist Connie Lou Lou (@connieloulou.official).
We operate under a simple rule: we treat your privacy with the same care and respect that we want for ourselves. We do not sell your information, we do not trade data with advertising brokers, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts across other websites.
What Information We Collect & Why
Chibi Virtual Pet Companion
Your companion game state (affection meter, snacks fed, unlocked accessories, and audio mute settings) is saved entirely in your local browser storage (HTML5 LocalStorage). This information stays on your device and is never transmitted to our backend.
Community Cheer Wall & Guestbook
When you submit a message on the guestbook, we store the display nickname, optional sticker selection, message text, and submission timestamp. Guestbook cheers are displayed publicly for all fans to celebrate together.
Spam Prevention & Rate Limiting
To protect our fan community against automated bot attacks and abusive submissions, our server temporarily hashes client IP addresses to enforce rate limits (maximum 1 post every 30 seconds). These hashes are not paired with identity profiles.
Anonymous Aggregated Analytics
We review aggregate, non-personal metrics (such as page hit counts and country of origin) via Vercel analytics to document milestones for our international fan community map (celebrating our 100+ global views milestone).
Cookies & Local Browser Storage
Cookies are tiny text files placed on your browser to make websites work properly. Our website relies primarily on browser Local Storage rather than persistent tracking cookies.
Essential Storage Items Used:
connie_companion_state_v1: Preserves your pet level, mood, and unlocked items.connie_cookie_consent_v1: Stores your cookie preference so the popup stays dismissed.connie_guestbook_likes: Prevents accidental duplicate hearts on guestbook cards.
You can clear these at any moment in your browser preferences. If you clear them, your Chibi companion simply resets to its starting state.
Your Rights Under Republic Act No. 10173
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), every data subject holds fundamental rights including the right to be informed, right of access, right to rectify, and right to erasure or blocking.
If you ever wish to modify or permanently delete a guestbook cheer you previously posted, simply message the Admins of the Fans Club on Instagram at @connieloulou.official. We will promptly delete the record from our database without hassle.
Security & Inquiries
All traffic between your browser and our platform is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) standards. Administrative access to moderate community posts is gated behind cryptographic HMAC session tokens and password verification.
